The City of Glens Falls has hired a consulting firm and contractor for sewer rehabilitation work. The current work area includes Mohican Street on May 10th and 11th, Fredella Avenue on May 10th, Henry Street on May 10th, 11th and 12th and Glen Street, south of Park Street, on May 13th and 14th. Sewers will be rehabilitated using trenchless methods, no excavation will be required. Please minimize sewer use while crews are working on your street. Use caution and follow the direction of the flaggers for your safety and the safety of the workers. This is part of the City’s ongoing program to maintain the wastewater collection system and minimize the combined sewer overflow to the Hudson River during storms.
